HOOVER HPER16 1600PUR

Brokedown within first 8 months still not fixed, took over 4 months to obtain new dust box, didn't fix problem HOvver customer service poor, waiting time for engineer long. Would buy another one.

Got our old Electric Hob replaced by this product. In three weeks time the Control Knob got melted due to the heat generated from the front righ hand side hob. The quality of the product is really very bad and experience with the service has been equally bad. As a user I will never recommend this product to anyone.

Morphy Richards Stainless Steel Microwave Oven with Grill.

Havent had this Microwave long (a few months) and the glass plate shattered when I was cooking using the convection oven. I checked the instructions when I bought it and they state that the plate is okay to use in convection mode. I am trying to source a replacement, but its not easy.

Hoover DM5530

This hoover is not worth buying. Even on medium pile carpets the filter cloggs and suction is lost. This has happened since the hoover was new and is getting worse. Not a great pet hair hoover. Buy a Dyson!

used it twice, complicated, noisy, won't spin, keeps coming up with unbalance wash even when empty....stick with hoover or another British product you can rely on, as they say you get what you pay for and i went for the cheap option its crap, plus comet don't do weekend call outs, which ain't no good if you work...
